Mashgiach Ruchni of Yeshivas Karlin Stolin in Brooklyn NY and Dean and Spiritual Leader of Yad Yisroel, Harav Dishon is a worldwide leader in the areas of chinuch and outreach. Rabbi Dishon was involved in developing Yad Yisroel's program throughout the FSU from their conception and continues to give his help and support to all of Yad Yisroel's projects and activities.
Rabbi Yaakov Shteireman - Administrator of Yad Yisroel

Rabbi Shteireman has been the administrator of Yad Yisroel for many years. Embodying a vast knowledge and experience in working with Russian Kiruv, Rabbi Shteireman oversees and assists all of Yad Yisroel's projects. Yad Yisroel has grown immensely under Rabbi Shteireman’s influence, concern and expertise.
Rabbi Yochanan Berman - Chief Rabbi of Pinsk

Rabbi Berman arrived in Pinsk in 1991. From the day of his arrival until today Rabbi Berman given over his life for the Jews of Pinsk. Starting by establishing a minyan and basic Jewish community, Reb Yochanan built up Pinsk's infastructure, spreading yiddishkeit and helping Pinsk Jewry recover from the effect of the Communist regime. Rabbi Berman still returns to Pinsk for the Yomim Noraim and Pesach to be with and lead his kehilla.
Rabbi Moshe Fhima -Community leader

Since his arrival in Pinsk, Rabbi Fhima has worked tirelessly to build and improve not only Pinsk but the entire network of Religious communities in Belarus. With his warm nature, sense of humour and genuine love for all Jews, Rabbi Fhima has changed the face of Belarussian Jewry.
Over the years of of Rabb and Rebetzini Fhima's experience in the FSU, they have accumulated many students and disciples. Today there are hundreds and thousands of people worldwide who keep up their connection and still consider themselves to be students of Rabbi and Rebetzin Fhima.
Velvel Dobrinsky - Headmaster

Velvel Dobrinski has been in Pinsk since the opening of the Beis Aharon School in 2000. He is an exceptional educator and an experienced headmaster. As the headmaster and administrator of the Beis Aharon boys school, Velvel takes personal care for each and every child in our school.
Reb Avi Gwirtzman - Rebbi
Yerushalayim, Israel
Avi came to Pinsk with his wife in the year 2007 to take their positions as teachers in the Beis Aharon school. Avi is an experienced Mechanech having been the administrator of a school for children and risk in Israel. Prior to joining our teaching staff, Avi lived in Berditchev for one year in the capacity of dorm father/teacher for their school.
Avi is an extremely dedicated and hard working teacher. With his vast experience, he has developed into one of the main pillars of our teaching faculty. Mrs Gwirtsman is an experienced teacher, and is well liked and respected by all of her students.
Reb Nochum Zheleznov - Mashgiach
Moscow, Russia
Nochum Zheleznov learned in Eretz Yisroel for five years in Yeshiva Ateres Yisroel in Yerushalayim. He then continued his studies in Yeshivas Toras Chaim, Moscow.
In 2007 he married a graduate of Beis Aharon - Adina Kovalova and they joined the Pinsk community in their respective roles. Nochum is the Mashgiach Kashrus of the community. He is responsible for kashrus in the Pinsk community and nationwide. Under his leadership, Pinsk has published a list of Kosher items which are available in local stores throughout Belarus.
Mrs Zheleznov - as a graduate of the Beis Chaya Rochel seminary in Gateshead has taken a teaching position in the girls school.
