Orphanage

Young Jewish children are r”l sometimes left without anyone in the world to care for them. Rabbi Fhima finds families for them to stay and pays for their care so that they can have a place to call home.

Medical Aid

A young Jewish boy stricken with cancer needs to be evacuated to Israel. A yeshiva brochure needs extensive care after a terrible car accident. A mother of six is desperate for a medical procedure which will save her eyesight. To whom can all these people turn?

Rabbi Moishe Fhima is there for the Jews of Belarus and beyond to help finance their medical needs if they are unable to so himself. Hundreds of thousands of dollars are spent each year saving the lives of our Jewish brethren.

Chevra Kadisha

What is the true chesed shel emes?

Tahara and Kevura are done by dedicated members of the community so that the niftar can have a proper Jewish burial. The niftar is then buried in a Jewish cemetery as arranged by Yad Yisroel.

Pidyon Shvuyim

A tremendous amount of time and money is invested yearly by Rabbi Moishe Fhima to save Jews who have been imprisoned in Russian jails. Yad Yisroel is truly a lifesaver for these despondent souls.
